Postage, Returns and Policies
Orders placed before 9am will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
This doesn't apply to orders that are custom, or contain home fragrance items as these are made to order.
This does mean that orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be dispatched Monday Morning.
I use Royal Mail to post all of your orders, they have an amazing service and if there is any issues they are quick to respond. I have had to increase the postage to include some costs of the packaging as it has gone up massively.
Unfortunately the tracking facility is not included in the second class postage charge anymore. I will be keeping the option for Standard Delivery however this does not include tracking. If any problems do arise and there is no tracking I will contact Royal Mail for you, but if they decline a refund I will not refund either. By choosing the standard postage you agree to this, this is also stated at the checkout.
If you would like to use any other postage couriers please contact me and I can process your order offline and charge you the postage amount that they offer.
If you do not receive you order, or if it is lost or stolen I will investigate into it and contact the courier. Royal Mail do have a policy with Second Class Posting, I cannot submit a claim until 10 working days after the parcel is due to be delivered. This is how they operate. I will do everything they tell me to do - this will include not refunding any money until the claim has gone through and they have investigated it too.
I apologise in advance as this takes a lot of time before it is all put through but this is my procedure.
Returns are not accepted, if you are unhappy with your order please contact us and we will discuss the best solution for your problem. We try our best to resolve any problem we can!
I do offer custom orders that can be placed through Instagram or Email requesting products that either aren't available to purchase via the website or you have an idea for a gift. Once these are placed, funds must be sent over before the custom orders are made.
Once custom orders are made and confirmed they cannot be cancelled and must be paid for.
Any burners or broken items that are sent out and arrive damaged will not be refunded as we package them with a lot of protection, this is listed under the burner listing too. I can start a claim with Royal Mail however, I will need evidence of how the order arrived and evidence of how well I pack them. The evidence is needed just to prove the damage in transit and that they are well packed. If they do not agree to a refund I will not refund either.
